I bought my my 85 GT convertible in Dec 2016. In the Summer of 2017 I decided to have it restored. It took 6 months. The only Mechanical parts that needed dealing with were the quarter windows. It was about a 600 add for the kits to do them which included basically everything but the glass and frames. Doing them is very time consuming so I left it to the pros. I got the car back just before Christmas. In the 3 years I have had it back I have put less than 7K on it. I would estimate that those windows have gone up and down maybe 25 times as the only time I operated them was when I put the top down. I was quite disappointed when I had issue with them again Recently and had to have them completely rebuilt again. Now I don't expect things to last as long as the originals (27 years) However I would expect get more use out of them than going up and down 25 times. It puts a significant doubt in the back of my mind about buying Mechanical parts from LMR. They did replace one motor at no cost, however I still had to spend just under $170 for the other motor and Brackets plus $300 to install. My hope is that they will be a little more selective about where the acquire their parts.

I had ordered some power seat adjustment parts for a 98 Mustang. The shipment arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the first order had been package with two left hand side adjustment drive screws. I sent a quick email explaining the problem and just as quickly they sent a new set with the left and right drive screws. Mistakes happen sometimes, that's just life; but they jumped through hoops to correct it! Mush appreciated fellows!

I received the product it didn't fit so called to return it and they asked questions about the product l advised them that l received the wrong product and that the website site showed the 4 Lug key That fits 87 mustang was between the year 79 to 93 so the support team asked for pictures of the product I sent pictures.We discussed the differences of the size of this product which was about 1/2 inches indifferent they said they would resend me the correct one.
